How can I test my LoyaltySurf campaign?

Once you've published your campaign, you'll want to fully test end-to-end.
The goal is to make sure that participants can submit reward forms and that you can trigger loyalty actions for them, which unlocks their rewards.
Important note before you begin testing: Make sure to update your anti-fraud settings to Loose in Campaign Editor > Options ( more details here)

  1. The first step is to visit your advocate portal and sign up as a participant.
  2. Scroll to the rewards section and open up a reward to see the details, then fill out and submit the form.
  3. Next, you should receive a notification email letting you know about about the new reward form submission. Once you verify the details, mark it as reviewed and trigger the corresponding loyalty action for the participant.
    1. Make sure the participant receives LoyaltySurf emails (if applicable) and that any integrations (e.g, Zapier, Webhooks) are triggered as expected.
  4. Then visit your LoyaltySurf admin dashboard and click the Participants tab. You should see a red banner indicating that there are rewards you need to approve or fulfill.
    1. In the participants list, you should now see the new person who unlocked the reward. View the full reward details from the participant's More Actions > Manage Rewards dropdown menu.
    2. If you have a reward that requires more than one loyalty action to be completed, repeat step #2 above until each reward in your loyalty program is unlocked.
