How to manually trigger a loyalty action

Step 1: Go to your campaign dashboard, and search for your user by their email address or unique ID (or add them as a new participant if they do not already exist). View their details.

Step 2: Click on the More Actions dropdown > Trigger Loyalty Action on the top-right side. A popup window should appear asking if you want to confirm triggering a loyalty action. Select a reward and click the 'Yes, Trigger Loyalty Action'.

Once the loyalty action has been triggered and if the loyalty action threshold has been reached, the participant should receive an email (if enabled in the Campaign Editor) and they should have their reward unlocked.
