How can I pause my campaign?

To pause your campaign, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to your LoyaltySurf Dashboard
  2. Select Campaign Actions -> End Campaign

To re-enable your campaign, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to your LoyaltySurf Dashboard
  2. Select Campaign Actions -> Re-enable Campaign
